Shipping

Orders will ship within 3 business days, but usually faster. We strive for shipment by the next business day. All orders will receive tracking unless the item description states otherwise. High-value orders may require a signature. Shipping cost will calculate at checkout based on total order weight. Orders over $75 ship for free. Orders may be shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx at seller discretion. Any orders returned for refusal, no signature available, or incomplete address provided will not be refunded shipping costs associated with the purchase and may be charged up to 20% restocking fee. 

Returns

Due to the medical nature of our items, all sales are finals. We cannot offer exchanges or returns except in the case of carrier damage. Please read all listing details and view photos prior to purchase. Always read the item expiration date in the description prior to purchase. If you have any questions, contact us prior to purchase via the contact form on our homepage. 

OOD (Out of Date Items)

OOD means "out of date." We do sell out of date items at deep discounts. These are meant to be used for training / teaching purposes, veterinary use, or to decorate "tubie bears." These items are not meant for patient use.

International Shipping

We will ship internationally. Buyer is responsible for all fees / customs. These are not collected in advance. Customer is responsible for knowing if products can be shipped to their country and there will be no reimbursement for items that do not clear customs. International orders will include tracking. International orders over 4lbs may be canceled and refunded if shipping costs end up being more than the automated system calculated/charged.

Guarantees

We stand behind our product and if you ever have a problem, just contact us. We provide tracking and guarantee delivery to US addresses. Once the item shows as delivered we can no longer provide any guarantee from damage or theft after it's left at your address.
