Shipping

  • Orders will ship within 3 business days, and we strive for next-business-day shipment whenever possible.
  • All orders include tracking, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
  • High-value orders may require a signature at delivery.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on total order weight.
  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at the seller’s discretion
  • Refer to our returns and refund policy regarding package refusal or refunds / restocking fees.

Returns


Due to the medical and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except as required by law in the EU.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging and contents. We may request proof of purchase. Returns are only offered for defective or damaged products.

OOD (Out of Date Items)

OOD means "out of date." We do sell out of date items at deep discounts. These are meant to be used for training / teaching purposes, veterinary use, or to decorate "tubie bears." These items are not meant for patient use.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not collected in advance.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying that items can legally be shipped to their country. We cannot reimburse items that fail customs clearance.
  • International orders will include tracking. Orders over 4 lbs may be canceled and refunded if shipping costs exceed the amount charged at checkout.

We are a small mom and pop business that got into this industry via our own "Tubie." We work to provide other caretakers with affordable home healthcare options.

Guarantees

We stand behind our product and if you ever have a problem, just contact us. We provide tracking and guarantee delivery to US addresses. Once the item shows as delivered we can no longer provide any guarantee from damage or theft after it's left at your address.
