These DO HAVE the removable white cone transition pieces. They are compatible with both legacy (cone) and ENFIT connections. These are compatible with the Joey and Epump pumps. The only difference between the epump and joey bags is that the tubing from the bag to the pump is longer on the epump bags. Paper inserts may be yelllow or white.
