Return Policy

Due to the medical and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except as required by law in the EU..

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging and contents. We may request proof of purchase. Returns are only offered for defective or damaged products.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@tubiecareshop.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back or filing a carrier insurance claim. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted, and refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns or refused deliveries.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue. All damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.


Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges. Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you if a replacement or refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@tubiecareshop.com. 

Non-deliverable or refused orders

  • Orders returned due to refusal, incomplete address, or no available signature will not have shipping costs refunded.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied in these cases. Shipping is non-refundable.
  • This restocking fee does not apply to EU returns under the 14-day cooling-off period.
